About Us

II Tides Seafood Market opened in November 2025, started by Chad and Molly — they're from the North Carolina side of the state line, but have always been deeply connected to the Landrum community. Lifelong lovers of fishing and cooking, they built II Tides to bring their neighbors the same fresh, high-quality seafood they've always loved. It's a true family operation: several of the kids pitch in, including Chad's son Wyatt, who runs the market's raw counter full time — ordering, cleaning, and filleting everything that comes through the door.
